Esteban Azevedo

Physical TherapistEsteban is from Tuscon, Arizona. He is the co-owner of MPT with his wife, Amy. He and Amy lived in Anchorage, Alaska prior to moving to Kansas City in 2004. He enjoys running and also has a passion for photography (Kansas City Contemporary Photography).

Physical TherapistAmy is from Litchfield Park, Arizona. She is the co-owner of MPT with her husband, Esteban. Outside of the clinic, Amy and Esteban love spending time with their two daughters (Willow & River). Amy also enjoys developing vegan and gluten-free food recipes.
Amy received her Master's in Physical Therapy and Bachelor's in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University. She earned her Doctorate of Science in Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University in 2014, in which less than 100 therapists nationwide hold this distinction. She is a certified orthopedic manual therapist and has worked as an adjunct faculty member at Rockhurst University. Kasey Miller

Physical TherapistKasey is from Derby, KS and lives in the Northland with his wife, Courtney and son, Knox and daughter, Kennedy. He enjoys running/cycling, playing basketball, and spending time with family and friends.
Kasey received his Bachelor's degree in biology from McPherson College in McPherson, KS and earned his doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Kansas University Medical Center in 2016. In 2017, he became a certified orthopedic manual therapist (COMT) within the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine (IAOM-US). He was recognized as a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT) in 2021, which is a distinct recognition given to those who undergo extensive training as an orthopedic manual therapist. Kasey uses his clinical skills and expertise to teach therapist around the country as he travels around the country as a faculty member of the IAOM-US and teaches courses on advanced treatment of orthopedic conditions for the IAOM-US.

Brett Schreiber

Tony Santo

Tony is from Falls City, NE and currently lives in Liberty, MO with his wife, Jessica, and 3 children, Lucy, Calvin, and Hazel. Tony is a big sports fan, as his favorite teams are the Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bears, and Nebraska Cornhuskers. He enjoys spending his free time with his family, taking his kids swimming or to local parks in the Northland, while attending music concerts with his wife.
Tony attended Doane University in Crete, NE where he played collegiate baseball for 3 years and received his Bachelor's Degree in physical education with emphasis in athletic training. He then earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX in 2009 before working at Modern Physical Therapy. He and his family moved back to Nebraska in 2016, where he was rehab director at the local hospital therapy clinic that specialized in both outpatient and inpatient rehab services. Tony then moved back to Kansas City and rejoined Modern Physical therapy in 2023.
