Amy Hay, PT, ScD, COMT
Amy is from Litchfield Park, Arizona. She is the co-owner of MPT with her husband, Esteban. Outside of the clinic, Amy and Esteban love spending time with their two daughters (Willow & River). Amy also enjoys developing vegan and gluten-free food recipes.
Amy has her Doctorate of Science in Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University. She received her Master's in Physical Therapy and Bachelor's in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University. She is a certified orthopedic manual therapist, and provides guest lectures for Rockhurst University PT students.
Esteban Azevedo, PT, ScD, COMT
Esteban is from Tuscon, Arizona. He and Amy lived in Anchorage, Alaska prior to moving to Kansas City in 2004. He enjoys running, completing the KC Marathon in 2012. He also has a passion for photography (Kansas City Contemporary Photography).
Esteban received his Doctorate of Science in Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University. He has his Master's of Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University, and a Bachelor's in Exercise Science from the University of Arizona. Esteban is a certified orthopedic manual therapist. He also provides guest lectures at area PT schools (Rockhurst University and Kansas Medical Center) and for the Parkville YMCA.
Ryan Morris, DPT
Ryan is from Topeka, Kansas. He currently lives in Roeland Park, KS with his wife, Anne. Ryan is a Kansas basketball fan, enjoys running, and competing in half Ironman races. He also loves photography and attending Sporting KC soccer games.
Ryan has his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Kansas University Medical Center. He recevied his Bachelor's degree in biology from Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, MO. He was also the captain of his collegiate soccer team.
Kasey Miller, DPT, COMT
Kasey is from Derby, KS and currently lives in Kansas City, MO with his wife, Courtney. He enjoys running, playing basketball, and spending time with family and friends.
Kasey received his Bachelor’s degree in biology from McPherson College in McPherson, KS where he also played collegiate basketball.
Kasey has his doctorate of Physical Therapy from Kansas University Medical Center. He is also a certified orthopedic manual therapist and is pursuing further education to become a faculty member for the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine (IAOM) continuing education group.
